In 2015 Pacific Falcons will look to form an official board to assist with the management of the program. Positions will be filled by appointment of the program director in 2014. Upon execution of formal set of bylaws, articles, and execution of 501(c)(3) filing a formal nomination process and election will take place.

Anticipated positions for 2016 include  -
General Manager (Staff Position)

Assistant GM (Staff Position)

Director Player Development (Staff Position)

Event Coordinator (Staff Position)

Treasurer

Secretary
